User identity, multi-factor authentication, and account credentials are secure and centralized via auth.talentbuzz.online.

Job listings, company profiles, and application requirements surfaced in the App sync dynamically with jobs.talentbuzz.online and portal.talentbuzz.online.
2. User Accounts & Candidate Profiles

Accuracy of Representation: You agree that all materials uploaded to your profile—including resumes, portfolios, employment history, certifications, and work authorization claims—are truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Single Account Policy: Each candidate may register and maintain only one active personal account. Generating duplicate accounts to bypass assessment limits or reapply under false pretenses is strictly prohibited.

Account Security: You are responsible for all actions taken under your authenticated session. Report any suspected compromise immediately to

3. Interactive Skill Assessments & Verification Badges

Academic Integrity: Skill assessments, coding challenges, and domain tests must be completed solely by you, without unauthorized third-party collaboration, automated answer generators, or deceptive practices.

Revocation of Badges: TalentBuzz reserves the right to void assessment results, remove earned badges, or flag profiles if suspicious test-taking patterns or compromised answer sets are detected.

Non-Guaranteed Outcome: Verification badges reflect performance on specific platform evaluations; they do not guarantee candidate competency in live workplace settings or ensure employment offers.
4. Quick Apply & In-App Communications

Application Submissions: Submitting an application via Quick Apply transmits your selected profile data and attached documents directly to the employer’s dashboard or third-party ATS. Once submitted, materials cannot be retracted from the employer’s review queue.

No Employment Guarantee: TalentBuzz is a platform facilitator. We do not guarantee that employers will view, review, interview, or hire any applicant who applies through the App.

Professional Conduct: In-app messaging must remain strictly professional. Harassment, hate speech, abusive language, soliciting unauthorized payments, or sending spam to hiring representatives will result in immediate profile termination.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using app.talentbuzz.online, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or harvest job postings, compensation benchmarks, or company data using bots, scripts, or browser extensions.

Upload malicious payloads, infected PDFs, macros, or scripts via the resume uploader or direct chat.

Misrepresent your current employment status, forge credentials, or impersonate another person or company representative.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the proprietary matching algorithms, UI components, or APIs supporting the App.
6. Intellectual Property

TalentBuzz Assets: The user interface, design systems, algorithms, assessment content, and branding of the App are the exclusive intellectual property of TalentBuzz.

Your Uploads: You retain complete ownership of your resumes, cover letters, and portfolio work. By submitting content through the App, you grant TalentBuzz a limited license to host, parse, format, and transmit that content solely to deliver our services to you and prospective employers.
7. Suspension & Account Termination

User Deletion: You may delete your account and profile data at any time via your account settings.

Termination by Us: TalentBuzz reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms, breach assessment integrity, or engage in unlawful or deceptive behavior.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for seamless operation, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime, matching precision, or error-free parsing of uploaded documents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed hiring deadlines, dropped submissions, or interactions with prospective employers.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to TalentBuzz’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
